Documents needed in order to market your property
In order for Atlantic Estates to market your property, we will need to sign a legally binding contract: “contrato de mediação” stating the terms of agreement, the description of the property, the asking price and the agency fees.
Together with the contract we will need copies of documents related to your property which your solicitor should be able to provide for you.

The Caderneta Predial from the Finanças (Tax office) |

The Certidão from the Conservatória (Land conservatory office) |

The Habitation License from the Câmara (local council) |
| • |
A copy of the Notary Deeds (escritura) from when you bought the property |

A copy of the architecture plans of the property |
| • |
A copy of the ID documentation of the property for the more recent properties |
| • |
Copies of the passports of all the owners of the property |
| • |
Copies of the fiscal number (numero de contribuinte) of all the owners of the property |
